Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions are an agreement made between you, and the company Nikolinelunda, CVR 44554135, Ludvig Andresensvej 32, 6270 Toender, Denmark, when you purchase a course or coaching service through this website. These terms and conditions are made for you to govern your use, access and participation in the online courses and 1:1 coaching provided by Nikolinelunda.

Nikolinelunda shall provide you access to the online course you have purchased, once you have completed payment.

The courses

1. You will be provided with an account to the LMS platform (Moneymakerstudio.com) required to access the course materials. Nikolinelunda will send you an email with your login details after you have completed payment of a course.

2. You will have access to the course as long as the company Nikolinelunda and the LMS platform (Moneymakerstudio.com) is still operating. In case the company Nikolinelunda ceases to operate, you will get a 3 month warning before your access to the course is eliminated. Nikolinelunda is not to be held accountable for the operations of the third-party LMS platform Moneymakerstudio.com.

3.Your licence to an online course is non-transferable and non-sublicensable, meaning that you are not permitted to give that licence to someone else or provide someone else access to the online course.

4.You are not permitted to share the online course content with anyone else. This includes screenshots or screen recordings of course videos, workbooks and other pdf-materials, as well as any other content or course materials provided within this course.

5.You are not permitted to copy or recreate the course content, nor to use any of the course content for commercial purposes.

6.Nikolinelunda provides the course content on an ‘as is’ basis. The information provided should not be construed as professional advice. You are responsible for your own results. Nikolinelunda cannot be held accountable for any circumstances in your life or any results or lack thereof, after completing the course. Some or all of the information in the course may not work for you nor apply to you. If so, Nikolinelunda is not to be held responsible for that.

1:1 Coaching

The coaching provided should not be construed as professional psychological treatment. You are responsible for your own results. Nikolinelunda cannot be held accountable for any circumstances in your life or any results or lack thereof, after completing 1:1 coaching.

Nikolinelunda is not reliable in any case if you do not get the desired results after completing 1:1 coaching.

Refund policy

7.You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchasing a course, if you are not fully content with the online course you have purchased.

8.You cannot claim any refund after 7 days of purchasing, regarding any reasons you might have.

9.In order to claim your full refund, you must send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase, stating that you wish to claim a refund.

Payment

10.The price for the online courses and coaching services is stated in USdollars.

11.There is no option to postpone payment.

12.Course access is only granted after completion of payment.

Reliability

13.As stated under the ‘Course’ terms and conditions. Nikolinelunda is not reliable in any case if you do not get the desired results after completing a course or 1:1 coaching.

14.These Terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed with the laws of the administration of Soenderborg, Denmark.

15.The courts of Soenderborg region, Denmark shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, and the courses and coaching services provided by the company Nikolinelunda.
